I have the same problem, but with the russian language (Russian alphabet – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_alphabet)

Currently I don’t have any multilingual support for this plugin. Version 4.x has not added any. If you view the change log, you can see what was done in that update.

I will look into the issue of the section header coming up with a question mark.
There are forums in other languages than English. Maybe you can ask for some assistance in the respective forum:

I tried a while back to help translate it into Hungarian and couldn’t get it to work.

Yes and it will with any language contain non-Latin characters.
For instance Finnish:
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, X, Y, Z, Å, Ä, Ö
It will alphabetize them seemingly correctly. In your image you only have 1 tag starting with “Ö”. Looking at the list it is alphabetized correctly. But, if you were to add a tag beginning with “Å” or “Ä”, you will see that those tags will get grouped with “Ö” as those characters fall out of the Latin scope of letters.

so why not simply changing that from latin to unicode?
I’m beta testing some code for this. Being English is my native language I might miss something. Give me a little bit and I will release a version that hopefully should be able to display those entities.
I have found that I’m having trouble dealing with Cyrillic characters though.
6.0.2 should display the characters correctly and group them as such. It does not alphabetize them currently.
