[Plugin: Multi-Column Taxonomy List] Breaking one page

On one page only http://www.epicurus.com/food/recipes/categories, with
[mctl show_count=’1′] as the shortcode, the entire page is breaking after updating to WP 3.4, yet under the same /categories/ this code works on another page, http://www.epicurus.com/food/recipes/categories/by-diet : [mctl taxonomy=’diets’ title=’By Diet Type’ show_count=’1′]

With the [mctl show_count=’1′] code, the entire theme breaks, and the page seems to lose all sections, morefoot, footer, sidebars, menu drop downs, etc.
