[Plugin: Multi-Column Taxonomy List] Displaying a heirachy

Hi, I am interested in being able to list the categories in a way that reflects the hierarchy of my custom taxonomy. At the moment I am able to list all the categories, but they do not reflect the hierarchy. Is this possible/
