[Plugin: Multilingual Press] Input Widget into custom theme

I’ve installed and am now using your plugin; thanks! I’m building a custom theme but I’m not sure how to initialize the widget with my custom template. I see an example using the Twenty Eleven theme; how can I put this widget onto my site?
