[Plugin: Multiple content blocks] Doesn't recognise content block in template

I’ve added <?php the_block('header'); ?> to my template in single-post.php, within the Loop but do not get an additional WYSIWYG editor when adding/editing a Post. All I see is the message There are no content blocks in this template.

The post title and content are displaying correctly.

Any ideas?
