Settings can be changed for each site separately.
Hey @papin, for some reason the plugin is updating plugins I have filtered. Is this a bug or something to do with multisite?
I’ve got it activated only on my network main site and then I’ve got the plugin filtered there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It only works when it’s Network activated, will change this in a future update.
Couldn’t find any issue with the plugin filter tho.
