[Plugin: Multisite Featured Blog] The plugin is only compatible with WordPress Multisite.

“The plugin is only compatible with WordPress Multisite.” is the only page that comes up on both my site and in admin. I am completely stuck with no way of deleting this plug in. I was unaware that a plug in which says ‘multisite’ would not be compatible.
How do I delete this???????????!

(Sorry I don’t remember exactly which version of wordpress I have.)
