[Plugin: Multisite Language Switcher] Implementing with existing multisite

I’m looking to implement multilingual features on my site, but I’m already using multisite. Is this a problem?

Also, just to clarify my understanding: this will simply allow switching between languages, while keeping the various language sites on separate sites within a multisite network, correct? That means anything I do in settings or plugins on 1 site individually won’t do anything to the other (example: setting permalinks on /en won’t do anything to permalinks on /de)

I just want to make sure I know what I’m getting into. 🙂 This is the first multilingual plugin that I think might work for my use-case.
