[Plugin: Multisite Plugin Manager] about compatibility with the supporters plugin

how does it work? do the settings of this plugin override the ones of the supporter plugin?

I mean there is a preium plugins tab in the supporter plugin where I have customized which plugins are to be paid for usage, now how does this plugin interact with those settigns
