[Plugin: Multisite User Management] Does this work with the current version of WordPress?

My users all vanished and I’m not sure if the culprit is this plugin or the extended-super-admin. All I know is that any new user who isn’t a super-admin get’s a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” message when attempting to login.

Any idea how this might have happened?
