[Plugin: Navayan Subscribe] Widget colors

Hi Navayan! I like the subscribe function, but I have a problem. As you can see in my website:

The subscribe widget my left sidebar works well, but it doesn’t look like my other widgets (e.g., Search). How can I have it in the same colors and same black boxes as the other widgets? I’ve already tried enabling and disabling the “Use default CSS style for subscribe form” option in the Settings.

My other question is if I can change the social icons on the bars.
