• Hi, I added your Nelio Content plugin to my website 24 hours ago to try it. It seems a great plugin, but for me, it has a huge handicap: it uses Plugin extremely high number of hosting resources (processes) of my hosting server, therefore producing 500 and 503 errors. I have a business hosting plan, with hgh number of available resources, but it seems that is not enough, so the plugin unfortunately is not suitable for my website.

    That’s my experience. However, is there any chance to reduce this amount of needed resources?

    We tried to reproduce the issue, with no luck. However, I think the 403 error you shared with us is unrelated to the analytics issue–analytics run as a cron task in your server, and that looks like a regular request from a browser.

    This image shows the number of CPU seconds increase when Analytics is enabled, and then when i disable it, it goes way down. There is definitely something going on here with this plugin and Analytics.

    That is not a high number. We thought the problem may be related to a huge number of posts, but does not seem the case in your site.

    Also, regarding the 403 error, we couldn’t find a reason why the request it may return such an error. If you can, please activate the analytics and send us the full error log file that covers the timestamp from the activation. There must be something logged there that could helps us understand what is causing the spike. Please send it to the email address support at neliosoftware dot com.
