[Plugin: Networks for WordPress] Removed network site cannot be created again

    If there’s an overlap in the URLs between an old site and a new network, you may want to check your wp_blogs table and make sure there isn’t still an entry for the old site with the deleted flag set.

    If you can find and clear out an entry like that, WP will let you re-use that URL.
