[Plugin: New User Approve] registration window does nto close

the plugin seems to do what it should. the only problem I am having is when the users selects register and then completes the username and email address field the window does not close or refresh after clicking on register . bBfore installing this plugin,that window refreshed itself to a login window. Since the plugin install,that window shows a scrollig clock that never stops. If I simply click the X in the upper right and close that window the rest of the approval works fine. Any ideas why that window seems stuck??
