[Plugin: News-Ticker] Plugin Not Working

    Hi,
    This plugin is not working for me.
    It is just displaying a list of items.
    I have checked (and double checked) that my header.php uses wp_head() function
    which is does and is working as I have Google analytics in there.

    any suggestions?
