[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] add gallery to post not functioning

    Hi, new to nexgen and relatively new to wordpress but have uploaded nexgen gallery 1.4.3 and all seems well up to the point of viewing the post or site. I get this screen with both the post preview and the site preview.

    I have disabled all other plugins to no avail and rolled back also without luck. Any suggestions please. I tested it straight out of the box with default settings, uploaded one gallery with three images and went to test.
