[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album thumbnails different sizes

Love love love the plug-in and it works great for me. Just one perplexing thing.
On my page where I show my galleries, the thumbnails that represent each gallery are not uniform in size. I don’t know how to change this.
In ‘manage gallery’ I have chosen thumbnails to be square, 60X60, and they are in all the galleries. But just those thumbnails in the album are not the same.
Suggestions? Thanks so much…
