    WP version: 2.7 (Also happened on version 2.2, 2.6)
    NextGEN version: 1.1.0
    Theme: This occurs on all themes.
    Problem:
    When viewing an image using NextGEN with a page under the image, using the TEXT widget to display an image based link, the image based link is over the NextGEN image, instead of underneath.
