[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Database error. Could not add gallery!

Whenever I attempt to “Import image Folder” I get the error “Database error. Could not add gallery!” If I try to add a new gallery by any other means, it works fine. I have about 30 more Galleries to add and have already placed the images and folders in the correct location, so I do not want to have to do them all manually. I haven’t added new images, galleries or albums in about 5 months, but have never had this problem in the past. Here are the things I could think of that could contribute to troubleshooting
