[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Dead Plugin Report

    This plugin seems dead with complete lack of any support.

    WordPress 3.0.1
    Running ONLY NextGen-Gallery 1.6.2 plugin
    No versions of this plugin function correctly now.

    1. Unable to link a gallery/photo to anything.

    2. Does not update the Gallery choices on the Page creation page.

    3. Created (nextgen) Galleries run together, grouping photos from other(nextgen)created galleries into newly created galleries.

    4. Upgrade warnings when clicked show “you do not have permission..” Not real sure what it would be upgrading to anyway but this appears when you attempt to Uninstall using the “built in” uninstall feature of the plugin.

    5. Slider option not resizable. Frequently bugs out, stuck loading or freezes.

    6. Photo Descriptions nor Gallery Descriptions show.

    7. ZERO Support from Author (as you’ve already noticed)

    Sadly I had such high expectations for this plugin considering how well known it was.

    Yes you are right I just answered approx 1000 times, and there are much more threads.

    Yes, Zero support. So please delete the plugin and enjoy the weekend, as I will do now

    I apologize for the comment, With the problems listed and I hadn’t seen any recent responses I assumed it was yet another dead plugin listed on ww.wp.xz.cn.
