[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Insert multiple full size images into post

Is there a way to quickly insert multiple full size images into posts?
I’ve done a quick search on this topic and found only a ‘faster image insert’ plugin which doesn’t seem to work with the last version of WP.

There’s a similar request a couple of years ago which was marked as “good idea” by Alex. Any changes from then?
