I have exactly the same problem. The slideshow stopped working on my front page.

The developer tools in Chrome displays an error message: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” and the link to the image (I guess) the slideshow is trying to retrieve is “http://sunsawang.chiangmaiplaces.com/undefined”, which of course doesn’t exists.
I’m a bit lost, I have de/activated the plugin a thousand times, have rebuild my permalinks, cleaned the images cache, … any help would be warmly welcome !
It turns out my problem was created by the Google Analyticator plugin. After shutting down all my plugins, I reactivated them one by one, checking the slideshow after each until I found the one that stopped the slideshow from working. It was also causing some other problems which cleared up right away as well. Forgot I posted this question here or I would have updated it sooner.

I should have thought of that… I just tried the same with my plugins, turns out my problem is caused by the Slimbox Plugin.
