[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Problem to activate Nextgen Gallery

Hi, WP was installed on my server by the hosting provider, they just add WP to the services they offered. And there is a setting problem to turn on Nextgen Gallery.
The message WP display is:
NextGEN Gallery : Tables could not created, please check your database settings.
The support of my hosting provider are trying to solve it, but I´dont know when they will guet it. I´m the first client that want to install nextgen.

Do somebody guide me to solve the problem?
