I restored NexGen to Version 1.5.5 and dropped the database tables and uploaded to a backup before the 1.6 upgrade. It’s now working again. Whew!!!
Upgrade, check settings in the gallery menu and post a link.
I tried upgrading again and did so successfully after discovering that it was necessary to go to the Gallery and upgrade the database.
I had no idea that the database needed upgrading when upgrading the plugin. Most plugins don’t required it and there was no message that I saw advising me to do this. I will try to remember that this may be required the next time there is an version upgrade.
I am running 1.6.2. Experiencing issue with floating right. Have slideshow set as follows:
[slideshow id=2 float=right]
But the slideshow will not display floating right. You can see the slideshow at willowspatiohomes.com/the-homes/included-features/.
Thanks in advance for the help.
slideshow didn’t support float setting via shortcode, you need to use CSS position
I’ve tried to use the CSS position in the file nextgen-gallery/css/nggallery.css but it’s said it’s inactive.
Is it why it doesn’t work? how can I make it active? my plugin is active though…
Thanks
