[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Tagcloud links not working

    Hi,
    I have WP 2.8.4 with the Atahualpa theme and I’m using NextGen Gallery 1.3.5.
    My WP permalink structure is /index.php/category/postname/ and my gallery and images display fine.
    When I add the tagcloud and hover my mouse over any of the tag links, I see that the url goes to /nggallery/page-3/tags/horses/ which when clicked, gives a page not found error. If I add index.php before the link so it looks like /index.php/nggallery/page-3/tags/horses/, it works.
    How do I ensure the tag links include the index.php needed to work?
