• Hi, i used to install Nextgen via FTP and everything worked fine. In folder gallery the File attribute Group was “www-data” and User was “name.ofmy.ftpaccount”

Than I unfortunately upgraded via automatic upgrade. Since that time when I create new Album (makes directory) or upload new file via Nextgen Manager upload – Group is still “www-data” but User is “(?)” with bad permission rights via FTP.

How can I setup this to be Group:”www-data” and User:”name.ofmy.ftpaccount”?

Could you please advice me something? I am using standard commercial web provider with FTP and MYSQL access ??only??
    Thanks in advance!

    1) It is also interesting that I don´t have to write password when updating any plugin and it is not set in my wp-config.php?? On other installations this does not occur

    2) It is also interesting that when I install new plugin within admin backend or make automatic upgrade, all files and folder of such new plugin has also user:”(?)” and I can not delete via http://FTP.. On other installations by the same provider this does not occur.
