[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery Voting] Voting Error (Checked all likely causes..)

I’m getting the following error for any vote on my thumbnails:

“There was a problem saving your vote, please try again in a few moments.”

I’m using the latest versions of the NextGEN plugins and did a clean install and uploaded 1 gallery.

The interesting thing is that when the gallery is posted to a page (instead of a post) it seems to be working fine.

I also have the following plugins active:
-Popularity Contest
– ShareThis
– Simple Tags

I also read some other threads and deactivated my cache plugin but still it wasn’t any help.

Any other suggestions? I can get the same gallery with the same settings to work fine in a post with another website…
