[Plugin: NextGEN Public Uploader] Nasty Failure Mode

    The 1.6.1 version of NPL fails to complete a photo upload leaving the following situation:

    1. The photo is actually uploaded and in the NextGEN gallery
    2. The thumbnail is not generated
    3. The photo is not set to EXCLUDED, so it appears immediately in the gallery
    4. The photo file name with appended hash appears in the thumbnail.

    It is possible to manually (re)generate the thumbnail, but it would be nice to have either a clean failure to upload or a clean upload.

    Any suggestions anyone?
