Plugin no longer displays?

    Howdy folks, had been using the plugin for a while, worked great, loved the ease of it. Then sometime in July, it just stopped displaying, occasionally popping up with the Facebook link text displaying briefly before disappearing. I haven’t been able to track down the issue yet, have attempted turning all other plugins off, re-installing fresh download of Facebook Page Plugin, etc.

    Hi @brewersam,

    It looks like you have an audience restriction on your page. Considering you’re a winery, I’m guessing you have an age restriction due to alcoholic content. Judging by the number of support tickets with the exact same issue, I’m guessing Facebook changed something on their end a few months back. Try removing any audience restrictions and it should work.

    Thanks for the quick reply Cameron, unfortunately have to keep the age restriction on the FB page, but will look for a work around
