Plugin no longer posting

I noticed that the plugin has stop working. I installed it and left the default settings. A few days later I changed the hours for the post. Well As of 9/8/19 is when i noticed the plugin stopped working. I don’t know if there is a conflict with another plugin but here is the recent error logs
