Plugin no longer works

    In the Admin section (where we create/edit timeline stories)

    1. The section to set the story settings no longer appears (date/time)
    2. Unable to generate shortcode for PDF ID
    3. The settings page is broken! WhenI try to access,I see: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    On the website

    1. The timelines no longer display properly. They seem to be hidden and pop into view momentarily while scrolling

    This is frustrating as I had switched to this plugin from another that stopped working. Now it looks like I may need to look for another

    Hi @donprogramit,

    Thank you for reporting this issue.
    We checked on our end and everything is working correctly. The issue may be caused by a plugin/theme conflict or a user role/permission issue on your website.
    Please try the following:
    Make sure you are logged in with an Administrator account.

    • Temporarily deactivate other plugins and check again.
    • Clear your website cache (cache plugin/CDN).

    If the issue still persists, please let us know and we will investigate further.
