Plugin not adding new users

    I’ve created new WordPress user profiles and these names, after being created are not searchable when adding authors using PublishPress Authors. Older user accounts, no problem. Each new user is created as a Contributor.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Hi @vcorless

    Sorry, I think you’re posting on the wrong plugin.

    The PublishPress Capabilities plugin doesn’t have any impact on creating new users.

    The Authors plugin will allow you to search for users in any role with the “edit posts” capability.
