Plugin not appearing on installed list

I was updating scores, and looking for a different way to display the widget, when suddenly leaguemanager was no longer on the list. I do not have access to the server, but I don’t have any other option that ask the web owner to delete the folder, and install it again. Is this the best solution? All I’ve done is at risk of being deleted?
