That is really strange. Just to confirm, is the plugin activated from the Plugins menu?
Additionally, could I kindly ask to confirm which user role you have set and if you might have recently changed your role? As the Zephyr page is only available to roles set in the Zephyr settings and based on the lowest access level in the Zephyr settings.

Thanks for your support, that plugin is activated in plugin menu , i have logged in as admin role, for user roles it showing perfectly, give me some suggestions, my clients want to purchase permium but now only this making problems waiting for your reply,

So just to make sure, do you mean that you are able to see the menu correctly when logged in as an administrator?
If that is the case, can you please make sure that the lowest access level setting in Zephyr > Settings is set to either the role of the user you are not seeing the menu with or lower and can you confirm if your user account has access to Zephyr from Zephyr > Teams & Members in the member list?
