I have logged in a client’s account, which already has the site built and done, but there’s a message in the WP admin panel that says: “The Beaver Builder Booster plugin is not compatible with the host“.

Anyone can help me with that?

    Thank you,

    Hey @jhone123,

    Thanks for posting!

That’s actually for the Beaver Builder Booster plugin which is an addon for our builder. It’s only offered by certain GoDaddy subscriptions and only works with their servers.

The builder should still work though so you can just deactivate and delete the booster plugin. Just check the pages as there might be some sections on the page that uses their modules. 🙂

    hi
    Thank you for your replying.
but the page builder did not work anymore.
so I decided to not use the plugin.
    thank you so much.

    Hey @jhone123,

Sorry to hear that. The issue is most likely caused by something else and isn’t related to the Booster plugin.

f you want to give it another shot, we can check the site and see what’s wrong. 🙂

    Ben
