Plugin not fetching new data from Instagram

    Hello,

    I’m having some difficulties with our Instagram slider going out and fetching new data (the most recent post displaying is from April 1, even though we have 7 newer posts).

    I’ve created a new FB app for our Instagram feed following the directions found here: https://wpsocialmediaslider.com/docs/#setting-up-instagram and was able to successfully connect and authenticate the app.

    Upon reloading the homepage I noticed we still are not receiving any fresh data from IG. I’ve purged our site caches as well as local browser caches to no avail.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I’m sorry, its not something I’ve ever looked at before – for the sites I’ve built requiring Instagram, I’ve always used a plugin.

    Maybe there was an API change after April 1? That’s the thing I’ve noticed with embedding FB/Twitter/Instagram feeds on your website – they periodically update their API, and if you use a specialised ‘Feed’ plugin, they should (hopefully) release updates whenever this occurs.
