We just went to test the free version (short code at the bottom of the page under Google reviews) with a view to buying the Pro version once it’s tested. I just installed the free version and the plugin is not “Fetching the reviews” from https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/rgmheating.co.uk The link looks fine. Am I missing something?

If you are using a local language TP profile link, please update that. Use the top level domain TP profile URL.
The local ones are not compatible with the plugin anymore.
In you case, please remove the uk. from the TP profile link.

Just to be clear I am replacing https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/rgmheating.co.uk with https://trustpilot.com/review/rgmheating.co.uk in the FETCH REVIEWS box? Is there a change required in the TP account settings as this didn’t work either?

Is there any news on this please? We’d like to proceed wit the plugin but cant buy it until we can prove it works.
