Plugin not found content for post with custom taxonomy

Hello,

I’m trying use the plugin to show testimonials created with a custom post type. When I go setup a new carousel the plugin find correctily my post type and taxonomy, but when I try use the plugin it give me the error “Carousel contents not found!”

I use another plugin for slider too and they found content correctily.

Is there anything I can do?
