Plugin not Installing

    The weiderst thing,

    Only in bluenwhite site can I not upload a site meter…feedjit. It loads fine in my other sites.

    Kate’s Place works (I did that Install manual, not a one click)
    Kynismar Miss Millie works (one click Install)
    Pondok Malaysia works (host Installed manually)
    Bluenwhite is the one that is one click and does’nt Install Feedjit.

    Tried uploading the zip to host in plugin new folder named feedjit by FTP as well as dashboard, no different. I got a brand new zip but no joy. I changed a couple of themes no joy.

    The message; Currently bluenwhite plugin message Could not create directory. /home/kcorner/public_html/bluenwhite/wp-content/plugins/feedjit-widget/

    I also got a new WordPress Uploader but that does’nt work either. Its missing maybe thats why the Feedjit is’nt uploading..

    Have you tried contacting your hosts about this?

    No, why, what will he be able to do esmi?

    Its a software Issue surely..Wordpress should be my first port of call.

    Since this issue is specific to only 1 site, it’s obviously not a WordPress core issue. And the error message you posted above indicates a permission (server) error on that site.

    I checked the cpanel,

    Host previously Installed pondok malaysia so I knew that one would be right. Looked at his plugins directory.

    I sent him this via a support ticket and was able to close it before he even saw it.

    Well host, for your records; Before posting this for you to attend to I looked at how your pondok plugins directory had been named in cpanel. mine had a missing (‘s’). Wow, that easy, the plugin now works.
