    hello
    please support the plugin is not loading
    i remove the access from google merchant then connect it again but it still not loading

    would you please tell me which tables and rows the plugin store its data on my database as i guess this issue due to the plugin store an old connection for and removed merchant account
    i have delete the plugin and reinstall it but nothing happens so i guess i need to remove its tables and rows from wp-options manually but i didnt find this rows or tables

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Google Listings and Ads plugin. I’ve reviewed the log you’ve provided and it appears that the main issue is related to unauthorized access to your Google Merchant Center account.

    As a first step, go to the hidden connection test debug page located at wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page and then disconnect and reconnect your Google account (under the Google Account title) making sure you select/enable the required permissions.

    Try to disconnect and re-connect your Google Account, and see if this works?
