    In my view this plugin is not needed at all because the solution in WooCommerce out of the box is simple.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and remove the entry for Downloads in the Account endpoints section. Leave it blank and the menu will not be visible anymore on the accounts page.
