Which version of Woocommerce are you using?
I tested the plugin with latest version and its working fine on my end.

I have the latest version. Could it possibly be conflicting with a plugin? I have your plugin running just fine on a duplicate of this site, but on the primary site it isn’t working.
Quite possible.
Deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and Twb review plugin and see if it resolves the issue. If the issue is gone then reactive other plugins one by one to find out what’s causing conflict.
And once you find out, please tell me the name of that plugin so I can make fix the confluct in next plugin update.
It might also be possible that the theme might be causing issue instead of any plugin so check that too by switching to wordpress default theme. (twenty sixteen/ twenty fifteen etc )
Let me know what you find.

Hi there
I’ve installed the plugin but I get this error: TWB Woocomerce Reviews require Woocommerce plugin to be activated
WooCommerce is installed and activated though. Any idea why this is happening?
