Plugin not saving any ads

Hi guys – please help?

I’m adding a new corner ad and getting the following response:

The corner Ad has been stored successfully
To use it insert the shortcode into the page/post content: [corner-ad id=”0″]
To inser the ads shortcode directly into the template files of the active theme, use the piece of code: <?php print do_shortcode(‘[corner-ad id=”0″]’); ?>

However – it’s not actually saving the ad, so I can’t use it. Any idea what would cause this?
