    hi,

    the plugin somehow stops sending client emails after activation. It sends the 1st time after activation but stops after that. The admin email norofocations continue to arrive (like, order details).

    When it’s deactivated, client emails go out normally. When it’s on, they don’t (including the test email).

    Curable?

    I don’t have this issue, don’t have anyone else reporting it. Have you checked your error logs? Tried deactivating plugins?

    If you can’t send a preview email from the customizer I suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to trace mail and see whats happening.
