Plugin not showing in plugin list

    Client informed me that their volunteer form (which I built with the plugin) is not showing except for the shortcode. I went into the site to see if the plugin needed an update and it’s not even showing in the list. I disabled all plugins to see if there was a conflict and it doesn’t look like that’s the issue… please help.

    Hi chris.singer are you saying that the plugin is not installed? If it isn’t can you try to install it again.

    The plugin is installed but isn’t showing up in the list. I thought someone might have uninstalled it so I tried reinstalling the plugin and it says folder already there so install failed.

    Was there any changes made to the site in regards to updates before this issue?

    Problem is I don’t know exactly when it happened. I believe some plugin updates were made last week but I can’t remember what they were. I thought maybe there was an update to Fast Secure Contact Form but not 100% sure.

    There was an update to this plugin but the update would not have caused your issue. I believe it was one of the other plugins that might have clashed with this plugin. Delete the folder through FTP and then install the plugin again. Let me know what happens.
