I installed the plugin, went to edit in plugin settings, now its not showing up. When I go to re-install, it says I already have the plugin downloaded.

    Anyone know what’s going on?

    Hi,
The plugin’s settings should appear under Settings > Listings for Buildium and should display an input box that accepts your buildium account url.
Can you let us know what errors do you see?

The plugin doesnt show up on my installed plugins but when I try to upload the zip this message pops up:

“This plugin already exists on your site. If you want to upgrade or downgrade the plugin, please continue by uploading the plugin again from WP Admin.”

When I try to install from searching, this pops up:

“An error occurred while installing the plugin.”

    Hi,
You can try to find the plugin manually by going to /wp-content/plugins/ folder in your site via ftp or cpanel and see if the plugin folder exists there.
Another issue might be that the plugin folder has been renamed by someone and it was deactivated due to that. Furthermore, please ensure you are not using some plugin that changes admin panel or hide some plugin or specific elements from the dashboard.
    Thanks.
