find this file : ……wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-csvimport/include/class-woocsv-admin.php
and look for this line:
$page = add_menu_page('CSV Import', 'CSV Import', 'manage_options', 'woocsv_import', 'woocsvAdmin::mainPage', '', '58.1501');
play with the number at the back to see if you get it visible.
And you must login as ADMIN, not as shop manager
Hello, thanks for your reply, but I dont have ‘woocommerce-csvimport’ plugin installed?
I’ve had a look and under appearance, when I go to ‘install required plugins’ woocommerce is there and it says “Installed But Not Activated”, but when I click to activate it it just says “The plugin does not have a valid header.”
Any thoughts?

Sorry I should have said, same issue but with woocommerce plugin. It’d like it think its their and keeps saying the directory folder is there but I have definitely deleted everything off FTP. Maybe I should try and delete and reinstall theme?
