Hello.
Please, mark missed spam records in your Anti-Spam Log, we will analyze them:
Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] —> Choose your website in the drop-down menu —> There are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> Mark records using these buttons.
The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/faq#feedback_spam.
Done, thank you. Looking forward to hearing back …
We’ve tweaked the filtering rules in our cloud for your site. Now such spam requests will be blocked.
Thank you so much for the speedy reply/action! Will monitor with fingers crossed! 🙂
I am getting swamped with failed orders and spam orders, I bought your software but I don’t know what to set, the logs are empty. I am running Woocommerce. Please advise, thank you.

Hi, I’m having similar issues. We are being flooded with WooCommerce failed orders. The tool was working well originally, but has recently let a bunch of spam orders through. It appears someone is trying out stolen credit card numbers and trying to buy low dollar value items. When I go to the Anti-Spam Log and try to mark an order as spam, it gives me the following message:
The request that you marked, belongs to a trusted network and is used by search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, etc. As example: 66.249.68.4
Is there anything else I can do on my end?
Hello @mzeppieri,
The IP 66.249.68.4 belongs to Google StoreBot crawler which collect product data by submitting the fake orders.
Please follow this guide to block Google StoreBot:
https://cleantalk.org/help/stopping-google-storebot-crawler-spam
Thank you.
Thank you for the prompt reply. I followed the guide, however, I’m still seeing a bunch of small orders coming from many different IP addresses which are spam. The IP address in the error message that I provided is an example, not necessarily my issue. Please advise.
Thank you for your update.
