Plugin not updating MailChimp list

    Hi,

    I am using the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin, entered my API key and selected my existing list from MailChimp. Upon entering an email address the form generates a confirmation message but the address is not added to the MailChimp list.

    The form is located in http://www.ohma-asian.no/ohma/ in the footer (the only form in the footer with the “Nyhetsbrev” heading). The site is in Norwegian.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Ah, okay. 🙂 thanks for posting!

    It sounds like the nature of the issue was that the subscription confirmation link wasn’t being clicked. The plugin uses a double opt-in process, so before they’re actually added to the list, the subscriber will have to receive a confirmation email and click on the link included there.

    Hi Tk,
    You are absolutely right, I was checking the mailchimp list way before anyone got the chance to confirm their subscription. The plugin is actually working great.
