Plugin not validating

I’m currently trying to fulfill universal design legislations in my country, and one of the requirements is validating code. When I validate a page where the Sassy social plugin is active, I get all kinds of validation errors:

and more.
I’ve recently upgraded the plugin, but the errors are still there. Please advice.
